E/A and CYW postings close today at 4pm-View postings at bottom of post

Dear: CUPE 5555 member

Just a reminder to all permanent E/A’s and CYW’s that the December postings close today at 4pm

The employer’s memo was a bit confusing so I will try to clarify further:

If you still currently hold the position that you received at staffing day then you qualify to apply for any position posted.

If you had moved positions through the posting process and do not hold your original position you received on staffing day then you can only apply for positions that would give you an increase in hrs or pay. Examples:

If you hold a 30hr position you can apply for a 35 hr position (increase in hrs)

You hold an E/A position you can apply for a CYW position (if you are recognized as a CYW with the board) (increase in pay)

If you are still unsure, apply anyways.
