The CUPE Professional Development Fund (P.D. Fund)
This fund is set out (as indicated in L21.10 of our Collective Agreement) to be used for professional development of CUPE members. The repayment of funds is done through the employer based on criteria set out by the joint committee (union & employer) on a yearly basis starting each September. The fund is on a first come, first serve basis, starting in September and ending when the funds have been depleted.
