Rally for CUPE 4170 Friday March 6th

Who: CUPE 4170 (and ONA – employees of the Peterborough county/city health unit
What: Rally to support the Locals and address the status of negotiations
Where: Jeff Leal’s Office – 236 King St., Peterborough
When: THIS FRIDAY, March 6th from 12:00pm to 1:00pm
CUPE 4170 and ONA are both in a legal strike position on March 13, 2014. The Health Unit is underfunded by the Provincial Government. The employees at the Health Unit wish to discuss this with MPP Leal. We have requested a meeting with him and would like your support in joining us outside his office to show that the Peterborough Community is concerned with cuts to the valuable services provided by the employees at the Health Unit.
