The By Law committee’s purpose is to look over the Bylaws once per year to see if any changes need to be made. Any suggested changes will be brought forward in a report to the membership at a regular membership meeting.
Once discussed at the meeting, a vote will be taken by a show of hands in favour or opposed to each change. (Majority will carry).
Our Bylaw changes will then be sent to our National President for approval.
