The Trustees act as an auditing committee on behalf of the members and audit the accounts semi-annually. They are responsible to ensure that monies are not paid out without proper constitutional or membership authorization and that our books are in good order.
Once an audit is complete, the trustees will present a report to the membership at the next general membership meeting. Trustees will also provide recommendations to the executive committee.
